England captain Alastair Cook has said that beating Australia four times in a row is the ultimate and the team is desperate to do something no English side has done for more than 100 years, in the return Ashes series.
According to the Mirror, Cook expressed that winning this winter would be ultimate although a lot of players reckoned that winning in 2010-11 was the best victory of all.
He added that the triumph in India last winter may have matched it because winning there is very difficult.
The captain said that the dressing room now had a lot of proven performers at the international level and that would only help.
He also said that guys like James Anderson, Stuart Broad, Kevin Pietersen and Jonathan Trott can all handle themselves in Test cricket and that fills him with confidence.
