Bill Cosby has been order to submit a new deposition in Janice Dickinson's defamation lawsuit against him.
The Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Debra K. Weintraub has ordered the 78-year-old comedian and his former attorney Martin Singer to give their testimony no later than November 25, the People magazine reports.
However, the depositions will be constrained to evidence showing that Cosby's denials of Dickinson's rape claim were made maliciously.
The judge also ruled that Singer and 'The Cosby Show' star can assert attorney-client privilege and decline to answer certain questions.
Back in May, the 60-year-old model filed a lawsuit against the comedian claiming that he sexually assaulted her in 1982.
