However, the US west coast mega-mansion is situated very close to the 19-year-old Canadian pop musician's pad and he is known for upsetting residents since he moved in almost 18 months ago.
Sources revealed that Bieber is a "non-stop menace" when he's in residence, throwing all-night parties with his pals and generally wreaking havoc.
