Pakistan's Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal has said the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) has become a trend setter of improving economy for entire world.
Speaking in Radio Pakistan's Current Affairs programme, he said all regional countries would be connected by CPEC through trade and investment.
Iqbal said European Union, Central Asia, Russia and countries of South East Asia have expressed the desire to reap the benefits of CPEC.
The Minister said that Pakistan is on the path of development, uplift and prosperity.
He said the country's economy had been declared as an emerging economy by the world known economists.
Iqbal urged people to work for the speedy progress and promotion of the country.
