In a bid to revive dwindling crowd figures in both Test and ODI formats, Cricket Australia has decided to slash the ticket prices for this year's blockbuster summer.
After witnessing a poorly-attended home Test series against New Zealand and the West Indies in stark to hugely successful Big Bash League, CA launched a review into ticketing and consequently streamlined pricing for all venues except Hobart, Stuff.co.nz reported.
Entry-level tickets for all Tests and ODIs will not cost more than 30 dollars for adults, 10 dollars for children and 65 dollars for families.
Australia are scheduled to host South Africa and Pakistan in the upcoming summer season.
