Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla will pay an official visit to India from May 25 to 27.
On May 27, Parrilla will hold talks with his Indian counterpart Salman Khurshid. Both sides will discuss bilateral, regional and international issues of mutual interest.
During the visit, Parilla is expected to call on Vice President Mohammad Hamid Ansari and deliver a lecture at ICWA on "Cuba-LAC Relations with India."
India and Cuba share a historic, warm and friendly relationship which has been marked by growing cooperation in diverse areasinter alia sports, hydrocarbons, IT, biotechnology and development partnership. The two countries share common perspectives on a wide variety of issues in the global arena.
