The Los Angeles County District Attorney has rejected the case by a woman who claimed that Bill Cosby had sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974 when she was 15.
The woman, Judy Huth, who has already filed a civil lawsuit against the 77-year-old comedian 40 years after the incident supposedly took place, had also filed a police report, but the D.A. said that the case was to be registered within a year of its occurrence in order to take some action, TMZ.com reported.
Huth had claimed that after giving her 3 beers, Cosby had taken her to the Mansion, where he allegedly tried to touch her private parts, but when she said she was menstruating, he took her hand and masturbated himself.
Cosby had said that not only Huth was lying, she had also unsuccessfully tried to sell her story to the tabloids a decade ago and then demanded 250,000 dollars from him to keep mum.
