The Los Angeles County District Attorney on Tuesday declined to file charges against actor Anthony Anderson in an alleged sexual harassment case.
In July, a woman lodged a complaint against the 'Romeo Must Die' actor alleging that he assaulted her at a business meeting.
TMZ reported that law enforcement agencies said that the District Attorney's office rejected the case and decided not to charge him because the woman in question refused to cooperate.
Moreover, there wasn't enough evidence to level charges against the actor. Anderson is well known for movies like ' The Departed', ' Cradle 2 the Grave' and 'Scary Movie 3'.
