Amid rape allegations made against him, actor Danny Masterson has been ousted from Netfix's American comedy series 'The Ranch.'
"As a result of ongoing discussions, Netflix and the producers have written Danny Masterson out of 'The Ranch'," a Netflix spokesperson told E! News, while adding that yesterday was his last day on the show, and production will resume in early 2018 without him.
Defending himself, the 'Yes Man' star said, "I am obviously very disappointed in Netflix's decision to write my character off of The Ranch."
The 41-year-old said that from day one, he has denied the outrageous allegations against his, saying that law enforcement investigated these claims more than 15 years ago.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney and Los Angeles Police Department are currently investigating allegations against Masterson.
In early 2000, three women had come forward and disclosed that they were sexually assaulted by Masterson.
The internet television network has already aired one and a half seasons of its first multi-camera comedy series 'The Ranch,' which also stars Ashton Kutcher, Sam Elliot, Wilmer Valderrama and Debra Winger.
