Car manufacturers are pulling out every trick to grab customers' attention this festive season.
Datsun joined the bandwagon with the launch of the Datsun GO NXT on Thursday.
The car will be a limited festive edition vehicle and will be available across all 196 Datsun outlets between August and December. The car is priced at Rs 4,09,912 (ex-showroom Delhi), which is Rs 5,000 more than the original car.
The limited edition variant will feature rear parking sensors, remote central locking and a chrome exhaust. The dashboard will come in piano black and this shall be carried over to the gear stick also. This limited edition is an extension of Datsun GO 'T' variant.
"We in India save most of our purchase decisions for the festival season, we offer the Datsun GO limited festive edition to add to the cheer," said Arun Malhotra, Managing Director Nissan Motor India Private Limited.
Apart from this, Datsun is organising Datsun Carnivals in dealerships across South India. During these three days, the dealerships shall remain open till midnight and customers stand a chance to win prizes ranging from accessories worth Rs 3,500 to gold worth Rs 12,000 with every car purchased.
