David Marcus the president of PayPal, which is an online transaction company, is moving to Facebook at the end of this month.
Marcus will work for a better messaging experience for the Facebook users.
The news regarding the departure of Marcus was announced by PayPal on Monday. Marcus also added on to it by saying that PayPal is now stable and doing great, all thanks to its strong product pipeline, CNET reported.
The reason given by Marcus, which led him to this shift is Mark Zuckerberg's 'vision' towards the mobile messaging which is convincing. Earlier he was skeptical about changing his base but then he said that Zuckerberg's enthusiasm, and the consumer friendly Facebook interface has helped him to change his decision.
