The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced that its Housing Scheme 2014 will open on September 1, with October 9 being the last date for applicants. This year, a total of 25,034 flats will be offered.
Balvinder Kumar, DDA vice-president said that 25,034 flats were being offered in the 2014 scheme out of which 22,627 would be one-bed room apartments.
He also said that 896 flats were constructed after 2010, with green technology.
The scheme will offer flats across price ranges and categories, with the price ranging from Rs 7 lakh to Rs 1.2 crore and categories ranging from one-room apartments to Higher Income Group (HIG) flats.
