The anti-terrorist court has indicted former military ruler General (retd.) Pervez Musharraf in the judges' detention case.
The prosecution based on FIR filed by advocate Chaudhry Mohammad Aslam Ghumman alleges that Musharraf detained over 60 judges after imposing state of emergency in Pakistan in 2007, Dawn reports.
According to the report, Musharraf denied all the charges after which the court has decided to summon prosecution witnesses for the upcoming hearing in the case.
The other cases pending against Musharraf include his alleged involvement in a conspiracy to murder Benazir Bhutto in 2007 and the 2006 killing of Baloch nationalist leader Akbar Khan Bugti, the report added.
