With Delhi chief minister-designate Arvind Kejriwal set to take oath on February 14, sources state that the Aam Aadmi Party chief is likely to hold the Finance, Home and Energy Ministry portfolios.

Sources further state that senior AAP member and Patparganj MLA Manish Sisodia will be named the deputy chief minister and is likely to be in charge of the Education Ministry and the Public Works Department.

Other expected members of the cabinet are Sandip Kumar (Sultanpuri Majra) with Women and Child Development; Jitendra Tomar (Tri Nagar) with Law; Gopal Rai (Babarpur) with Transport and Labour; Asim Ahmed Khan (Matia Mahal) with Food and Civil Supply; and Saryendra Jain (Shakur Basti) with Health and Industries.

According to reports, Ram Niwas Goel (Shahdara) is set to be named the speaker of the assembly, with Bandana Kumar (Shalimar Bagh) to be named his deputy.

Former Delhi minister Somnath Bharti is unlikely to be retained after he was dogged by controversy during his brief term in the 2013 assembly. Other former ministers set to face the cut are reportedly Rakhi Birla, Girish Soni and Saurabh Bhardwaj.
