A Delhi court will on Thursday hear bail application of separatist leader Shabbir Shah's close aide and an alleged hawala dealer Mohammad Aslam Wani in connection with terror funding case.
The Delhi court had on August 6 sent Wani to Enforcement Directorate (ED) remand till August 14.
The ED had earlier on August 6 arrested Wani from Srinagar with the help of the Jammu and Kashmir police.
Reportedly, Wani was arrested allegedly with Rs 63 lakh, received through 'hawala' channels from the Middle East, and a large cache of ammunition, on August 26, 2005.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has been tough on separatists regarding the alleged funding by Pakistan for illegal activities in Kashmir.
On July 24, the NIA had arrested seven separatists over money laundering charges, for funding terror in the Kashmir Valley.
