Delhi Govt.'s anti-corruption helpline buzzes with 1.25 lakh calls

The anti-corruption helpline launched by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal last month has received 1.25 lakh calls till now.

At least 6,000 telephone calls met the minimum requirements of being pursued by the anti-corruption helpline, while 252 calls were marked to the Anti-Corruption Branch.

Kejriwal and his deputy Manish Sisodia had launched the '1031' helpline at the Talkatora stadium in the national capital on April 5.

The anti-graft helpline can attend 10,000 calls per day.
