The Government of Delhi will host a conclave of chief ministers today to discuss issues related to co-operative federalism.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will send a recorded message on the issue, as he is busy with assembly elections in his state, an official statement said.
The Government of Delhi had sent an invitation to all chief ministers to attend a meeting to discuss the issue of Centre-State relations, but only chief ministers of states not ruled by either the Bharatiya Janata Party or the Congress are expected to attend the meeting.
The agenda of this conclave is to focus on problems faced by states experiencing poor centre-state coordination.
