ANI New Delhi

The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the capital city's Anti Corruption Bureau Chief M.K. Meena on a petition filed by the

Arvind Kerjiwal-led AAP Government seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against him.

The Delhi Government had earlier filed a petition in the High Court

against Meena for allegedly violating the court's order by removing a station house officer (SHO) attached to the anti-corruption body.

According to reports, the Delhi Government in its contempt plea said

it was constrained to file the contempt petition as Meena had

'wilfully violated' the court's order, which had asked the ACB chief

to act in accordance with the law.
