The Delhi High Court will hear Vodafone's petition against Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) for failing to prohibit Reliance Jio from flouting tariff orders on February 14.
According to the petition filed by Vodafone, TRAI has given unwarranted leverage reliance as it is violating tariff orders, directions and regulations by permitting it to continue with its free offers.
Earlier, telecoms like Bharti, Airtel and Idea also questioned TRAI accusing the regulator has been a mute spectator to the gross violation committed by Reliance Jio.
