Delhiites wake up to chilly morning

The Delhiites today woke up to a chilly morning with a dense layer of fog enveloping most parts of the city.

As many as 32 trains are running late and two were cancelled due to poor visibility.

Eight International flights and seven domestic flights were also delayed following poor visibility.

The Meteorological Department has predicted the minimum temperature in the capital to be 9.8 degree Celsius.
