Actress Denise Richard has filed a lawsuit against her ex-hubby actor Charlie Sheen, accusing him of turning his back on a trust he created for their children, 11-year-old Sam and 10-year-old Lola, that promised them a home.
The legal documents claim that the 50-year-old actor promised that if the 44-year-old actress moved next to him in a house he had purchased in Mulholland Estates, then she and the kids would not be evicted, reports TMZ.com.
Reportedly, the 'Wild Things' actress was also getting 55,000 dollars a month in child support.
She also claims that she overheard a conversation with Lola, in which he abused her and yelled, "I'm going to kill you and I'm going to kill your mom".
On the other hand, the 'Two and a half man' actor believes this is "a desperate attempt to get more money" and his lawyer added that Charlie has already paid her almost 20 million dollars, including 660,000 dollar tax free money every year for the last nine years.
