The National capital reeled under cold wave conditions as a thick fog enveloped the city on Saturday morning.
Fog posed problem for drivers as it reduced visibility to a great extent.
The minimum temperature was recorded at 11.5 degrees Celsius, and maximum temperature was recorded at 22.2 degrees, the weather office said.
The sky would remain partly cloudy throughout the day with shallow to moderate fog till noon, an official of the India Meteorological Department said.
Snowfall in states like Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh has a direct impact in other northern states like Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.
