Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia on Friday ordered suspension of two top officials of the education department and the Principal of the institute of Northwest Delhi.
Apart from the Principal of Government Boys School (Alipur), the Deputy Director of Education (Northwest Delhi) and education officer were also terminated after finding horrific and filthy conditions in school.
The Deputy Director had not visited the school in last five years. Also, the school was found in filthy condition with rooms locked and children stuffed into a hall.
