A member of the British royal family has alleged that Princess Diana wasn't as charming and empathetic with her own family like she was with the public.
During an interview with Vanity Fair, Lady Pamela Hicks, first cousin to Prince Philip, claimed that the Princess of Wales had enormous charisma, she was beautiful, but she had no feeling at all for her husband Prince Charles or his family, the New York Post reported.
The mum of former model, India Hicks, asserted that Diana was really spiteful and unkind to Charles, who was in need of support and encouragement.
Hicks said that marrying Diana absolutely destroyed Charles and he looked grey and ghost-like then, but now he's blossomed again.
Hicks insisted that Diana made everybody believe that she'd been thrown to the wolves, despite the fact that she was given the Queen's favorite lady-in-waiting to help her.
Hicks, who was also a member of Queen Elizabeth II's 1947 bridal party, further added that Diana didn't want to be told anything and just wanted to listen to her music and go dancing and attend jive concerts.
