A new report has claimed that the 36-year-old reality star's figure is all down to a series of secret surgeries including getting 34E breast implants in an effort to get her body as perfect as possible for West, reports the Mirror.
Sources added that the 38-year-old rapper is not subtle and he likes Kardashian when she looks like a sex bomb, not a mom.
The insider added that it has been so strained between them recently and Kardashian is happy that the rapper is paying attention to her even if it's because of the cosmetic surgery.
