The 24 year-old, took to Instagram and posted a heartfelt message, giving a befitting reply to some followers who started giving her moral lessons on how to dress up.
She captioned the post, "Really felt a need to share this! Thanks to my fan clubs friends and family for always giving me the strength I hope we all can find this strength from within each other and stop suffering #spreadlove."
The whole incident started with the actress wearing a black outfit at a recent award ceremony.
Recently, singer Monali Thakur, was also shamed on the Internet for wearing a short dress on the musical reality show, 'Rising Star'.
On the work front, Disha Patani was last seen in 'Kung Fu Yoga,' alongside Jackie Chan and Sonu Sood.
