Disney's Oscar winning film 'Frozen' has dominated the 2014 iTunes downloads, becoming iTunes' biggest-selling movie ever.
While the animated film's soundtrack had sold more than any other album in the US this year, 'The Wolf of Wall Street' was the second biggest film of the year on iTunes, the BBC reported.
In UK, Pharrell Williams' 'Happy' was the biggest single, and Ed Sheeran's album 'X' was 2014's best-selling album becoming the first to sell a million copies in the year, and Sheeran said that he was "absolutely buzzing"
Meanwhile, 'Game of Thrones' was the best-selling TV show, John Green's 'The Fault in Our Stars' top iTunes' book, and Clean Bandit's track 'Rather Be' was named the UK's best song, after the band scored the second biggest-selling single of the year on iTunes.
Sam Smith was named UK and Ireland best artist in the 'editorial picks' and he said that he was honored with the accolade, adding that he would be "having a drink now."
'X Factor' finalist Fleur East presently holds the top spot on the iTunes singles chart, post her performance of 'Uptown Funk' during the semi-finals.
