Add another fairytale conversion to live-action in Disney's list, as the studio is now working on a project loosely inspired by 'Pinocchio.'
The feature, which is being penned by Peter Hedges, will actually focus on the relationship between a father and son, the ramifications of lying and creating stories and living in a fantasy world, Deadline.com reported.
Pinocchio was the brainchild of author Carlo Collodi, who wrote the 1883 novel 'The Adventures Of Pinocchio.'
Disney is already working on bringing a lot of popular fairy tales to life with live action including 'The Jungle Book', being directed by Jon Favreau, Emma Watson starrer 'Beauty And The Beast,' Dumbo, to be directed by Tim Burton, and 'Mulan.
