South Africa coach Russell Domingo has warned his side not to get too cocky after clinching the T20 three-match series against India, insisting that the latter is a quality side.
The two sides will now square-off in the first One-Day International (ODI) in Kanpur on October 11.
Domingo said that India are good in all the three formats of the game, adding that his side need to be at the top of the game to compete against the former, Sport24 reported.
The coach, however, said that South Africa will look at one match at a time rather than looking too far ahead.
Earlier with the cancellation of the final T20 match at Eden Gardens due to wet outfield, the tourists clinched the three-match series 2-0 against India , after claiming a seven-wicket win in their first match at Dharamsala and six-wicket win in their second match in Cuttack .
Besides five ODIs, South Africa will also play four Test matches against India.
