Ranbir Kapoor, who has seen his share of highs and lows in his 10-years in the showbiz, gave cousin and YRF's (Yash Raj Films) new face Aadar Jain a perfect piece of advice- don't get attached to success or failure.
"I wish Aadar and Anya (Anya Singh- YRF's new face) both adapt that concept that don't get so attached to the success or failure. That does not matter. Just do your work, be a good person and just give yourself to it," he said here, at the official launch of Aadar and Anya before the media and the world.
Adding, "My first film 'Saawariya' was a disaster. So I am always prepared for highs and lows. As said, God is in the work. I like doing my work and I am quite detached from the success or failure of the film."
Further when the newbie in the block was asked who he wants to be like, grandfather Raj Kapoor or uncle Rishi Kapoor or brother Ranbir, Aadar said, "I am too new to understand what my strengths and weaknesses are."
Adding, "Moreover, I feel it is a third person's perspective to determine what the other person is good at. I am still learning and still growing."
Other than the 'Rockstar' actor, Anushka Sharma was also present at the event to launch Anya Singh.
Anya and Aadar will debut with director Habib Faisal, who launched Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra in his 2012 film 'Ishaqzaade,' which too was produced by Yash Raj Films.
