Chris Brown's recent victory of joint custody of baby Royalty may get derailed following his drug test.
According to sources close to the singer's wife Nia Guzman, her attorney asked the judge to force the 'Loyal' hit-maker to submit his hair and urine samples for drug test, after which the singer was ordered to ante up on the spot, TMZ reports.
However, the singer' drug test can create hurdle in his joint custody case.
The insiders added that Brown's custody win had strings attached as his mom must be present when he has physical custody of his 1-year-old.
Earlier, the judge ordered Brown to pay Guzman 2,500 dollars per months in child support, rejecting Guzman's request of 15,000 dollars per month.
