Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade's former wife has claimed that she is homeless and living on the streets.
Siohvaughn Funches, who camped outside the Daley Center in Chicago on Friday, told Chicago radio station WLS that the basketball player owes her quite a large sum of money, the New York Daily News reported.
Funches held a homemade sign saying the NBA champion left her homeless to humiliate him in his hometown.
She insisted that a court order requires the companies, which Wade endorses, to pay her handsomely, but so far the money has not arrived.
She alleged that Wade refuses to pay up, unless she agreed to keep quiet about their relationship.
Funches claimed to have made very clear that she will not refrain from speaking her mind about their past and the cash.
The high school sweethearts married in 2002 and divorced in 2007 after which Wade was granted sole custody of their two children in 2011.
