A minor girl was killed and nine others were injured in Quetta as a 6.9-magnitude earthquake hit various parts of Pakistan on Wednesday.
According to the Dawn, the girl was killed after the roof of her house collapsed due to the earthquake.
The rescue teams have been rushed to the affected areas, the deputy commissioner said.
The United States Geological Survey (USGS) said the quake's epicentre was in Jarm in Badakhshan province and shook a large part of the country including Kabul.
The tremors were felt in Hindu Kush Region, Afghanistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Eastern Uzbekistan.
