ANI London

The World Health Organization (WHO) has reportedly said that there is a decline in the spread of Ebola in Liberia, one of the three worst-hit countries in West Africa.

WHO's Bruce Aylward said that the development showed that the response to the outbreak is now gaining the upper hand but added that it must not be read as a suggestion that the epidemic is over, reported the BBC.

The death toll remained fixed at 4,920, roughly the same as the last report four days ago. All but 10 of the deaths have been reported in Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea.
