Formula one chief Bernie Ecclestone has hinted that a woman should take the helm of formula one in the future, signaling his chief legal officer Sacha Woodward-Hill as a potential successor.
Ecclestone said that it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a woman being the chief executive, adding that there are enough people to run formula one the way they have set things up, the Guardian reported.
He further said that he ran the company as if it belonged to him, insisting that he would like to see company grow and succeed in everything they do.
Woodward Hill has been associated with formula one since 1996 and is believed to be a close aide of Ecclestone.
