The Oscar for Actor in a Leading Role has been awarded to Eddie Redmayne for his role in 'The Theory of Everything'.
Redmayne, who grabbed his first Ever Academy Award played the role of English theoretical physicist, cosmologist Stephen Hawking in the critically acclaimed movie.
The 33-year-old actor grabbed the award after beating the likes of Steve Carrell, for 'Foxcatcher', Bradley Cooper for 'American Sniper', Benedict Cumberbatch for 'The Imitation Game' and Michael Keaton for 'Birdman'.
The 87th Academy Awards were held at Dolby Theatre, London.
