Condoling the death of MH17 plane crash victims, second secretary and spokesman of Ukrainian embassy Roman Pyrih said here on Friday that there are two possible forces of attack either from the terrorists or the Russian territory.
Pyrih told ANI that during the last four days this is the third plane that has been shot down.
"During recent days firing was done from the territory of Russian federation and firing squads were crossing the border just couple of kilometers inside Ukrainian territory and then firing and retreating back. Also it is evident that Russian aircraft shot down Ukrainian plane in Ukrainian space. So we have this evidence and we can prove that Russian forces are involved in this conflict," said Pyrih.
"Immediately after the incident when the plane was down, the leaders of the terrorists and the terrorists themselves bragged abut shooting down the Ukrainian plane which happened at the same area and at the same time. After it became evident that this is not the Ukrainian military plane but the civilian aircraft, the Malaysian airlines, they changed their position and started to blame the Ukrainian side," he added
Pyrih said, "The advanced military systems that could shot down the aircraft at this very height which is more than 10000 meter were not used by Ukrainian military forces at the zone of conflict because they don't have the appliance. So this time the weapon is not used by our forces, this is definite."
He also told ANI that as of now the internal investigation has been launched involving experts from Malaysia and United States, until this finishes no one could be held responsible.
