Two newly discovered songs by Sir Edward Elgar will be performed for the first time in public at the Elgar Museum, near Worcester.
The songs, 'The Muleteer's Serenade' and 'The Millwheel (Winter)', were discovered in the sketchbooks of the legendary composer at the British Library, the BBC reported.
The 'Muleteer's Serenade' will be performed by soprano Bethan Waters on BBC Radio 3 on 28 May at 17:00 BST.
Both songs will then be performed on 2nd June that marks the 156th birthday of Elgar.
The existences of the two songs were previously known as Elgar's wife, Alice, noted their composition in her diary.
