Rugby star Eorl Crabtree wants to serve as a bodyguard for the stars after a chance meeting with Rihanna last week.
The 6ft 6in footballer for the Huddersfield of Super League was apparently shocked to find a much larger person than himself in the lift at Manchester's Lowry Hotel, the Sun reported.
Then Crabtree, 30, saw the singer behind the giant security man.
He said that there was this big guy and behind him in the corner was this little, frail girl.
He asserted that he knew the star.
The player jokingly added that he almost asked if they needed another bodyguard for his retirement fund.
