Erin Brockovich, who issued a public apology for the boating DUI on Friday on a Nevada lake, had allegedly slapped her husband, threw a cell phone into the water and openly admitted she was a bad boat driver before getting arrested.
According to the official police report obtained by TMZ.com, before being approached by a game warden on Lake Mead near Las Vegas, the legal clerk and her husband were fighting loudly on the boat.
The warden said that he saw the environmental activist throw a cell in the lake and then smack her husband, who had coincidentally filed for a divorce in 2012 that got called off.
The warden alleged that he had asked the 52-year-old Brockovich to dock her boat but she simply stated that she was 'not very good at driving' it, so the warden helped guide it in himself.
At that point, the warden suspected that Brockovich was intoxicated and claimed that she reeked of alcohol and was slurring her speech.
She was consequently booked into the Clark County Detention Center and released after posting 1,000 dollars bail.
