Esha Deol on Saturday expressed heartfelt condolences to the family of the minor girl, who was killed when noted thespian and BJP MP Hema Malini's car met with an accident in Rajasthan's Dausa district.
"Ifs and buts would have happen, but it was an accident and at that moment it's very difficult to do things and whatever happened was very unfortunate," Esha told the media.
The mishap occurred when the actress' Mercedes collided with an Alto car. The accident, which occurred near Jaipur, left the girl child dead and three others injured.
The actress, who was also injured in the accident, was being treated for head wounds.
Malini's driver was arrested in connection with the accident and was later granted bail.
