In the wake of the Danny Cipriani cheating scandal, Lizzie Cundy, ex-wife of Jason Cundy, empathized with Kelly Brook as she too was cheated on by her former Chelsea footballer husband, and claimed that cheating is in 'sportsperson's DNA'.
Lizzie recalled her own experience and feels that she can relate to Brook because she nursed her husband while he fought cancer, like the 33-year old model who cared for Cipriani after he was hit by a bus, but later found through a family friend that he had been cheating on her, the Mirror reported.
The 46-year old branded all sportsmen cheats after rugby player Danny Cipriani admitted to cheating on girlfriend Kelly Brook.
She added that sportsmen have loads of time on their hands to get into mischief as they only train for a couple of hours a day, and when they're injured it's even more.
Lizzie, who is currently starring in West End show Wag! The Musical advised Brook to surround herself with friends and have faith in herself in this difficult time.
Brook, who had rekindled her relationship with Cipriani this year and nursed him through his injury, recently learnt that her rugby player boyfriend had been cheating on her after she found explicit text messages to sales manager Stacey Simcox on his phone dating back eight months.
