Twin blasts took place near the Ministry of Defence in Kabul on Monday.
Ambulances were seen rushing at the scene of twin-blasts near the Defense Ministry compound, reports Tolo news.
According to reports, the second suicide bomber detonated explosives after the people responded to the scene of first explosion.
