Wimbledon semi finalist Jerzy Janowicz has said that he felt 'explosive' and is ready to blow away his opponent Andy Murray's Wimbledon dreams.
According to The Sun, the powerful 6ft 8in Pole is set to face the British ace in the Centre Court in the semi-final showdown on Friday.
Confident that he can beat both Murray and the partisan Centre Court crowd, Janowicz said that he knows what to expect in the game, adding that even though Murray will be the favourite with the crowds, he is sure to be pressurised by the fact that Britain is waiting for a Wimbledon champion.
According to Janowicz, he is an explosive player and a pure fighter and does not need to play aesthetically well, adding that he will continue to have fun while playing the game like he has been doing in the entire tournament so far.
However, Janowicz admitted that the important thing at the tournament is to win matches.
According to the report, Janowicz, who beat Murray and four other top-20 players before losing to David Ferrer in the Paris Masters final last year, lacked the financial backing of most top tennis stars.
Stating that Poland is not like Britain, Janowicz further said that even though their country is poor, his parents have invested in him for which he has worked hard to do them and himself justice.
