Local Nepalese television broadcast footage on Wednesday showing the extent of the damage and destruction in villages and towns in the quake-hit nation.
The footage showed collapsed buildings, cracked roads and vehicles filled with people driving down the road.
The locations or the dates the video was filmed cannot be independently confirmed.
The government has yet to fully assess the devastation wrought by Saturday's 7.9 magnitude quake, unable to reach many mountainous areas despite aid supplies and personnel pouring in from around the world.
Highways have been blocked by landslides, and many villages and communities are without water and electricity, with villagers surviving on salvaged food in the absence of outside help.

In larger cities, survivors lined the streets waiting for buses to transport them out, while others camped outside.
Prime Minister Sushil Koirala said the death toll could reach 10,000, with information on casualties and damage from far-flung villages and towns yet to come in.
Early on Wednesday, Nepal's Home Ministry put the latest death toll at 4,768, with more than 9,600 injured. More than 80 were also killed in India and Tibet.
