The U.S. Federal Trade Commission has given Facebook the permission to acquire Oculus VR.
Oculus VR is a virtual reality technology company which makes head-mounted display for immersive virtual reality (VR).
According to Mashable, on March 25, Facebook announced that it had entered into an agreement to acquire Oculus, a virtual reality startup, for $2 billion in cash and stock.
A Facebook representative said that they are pleased that FTC has cleared their acquisition of Oculus.
