In an act of kindness, Facebook reportedly granted a grieving father his wish to see his dead son's Facebook "Look Back" video.
John Berlin was desperate to see his son Jesse's video, but since he did not have access to his son's account, he uploaded a video on YouTube requesting Facebook to release his son's video clip.
Berlin later received a call from Mark Zuckerberg , saying that because of his video, Facebook wanted to help them and the others, News.com.au reported.
Following Facebook's intervention, Berlin and his family were able to watch the 62 second long video of Jesse, who had passed away two years back.
Meanwhile, Facebook said in a statement that with the number of people using its service, it's often very difficult to act on behalf of one, but John's story and emotion moved them to take action.
