Farhan said that it really was a very special script, adding that emotional film moved him from the word go.

'Wazir' is a story of how fate brings together two unlikely friends, a wheelchair-bound chess grandmaster, portrayed by Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan and a valiant Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) officer, played by Akhtar. The two characters decide to help each other while they fight a dangerous opponent.
The movie directed by Bejoy Nambiar, also stars actor John Abraham and is slated to hit theatres on January 08, 2016.
