Tennis ace Roger Federer, the runner-up at the Wimbledon title match on Sunday, has said that the defeat has actually increased his hunger for more titles.
Federer said that he was still very hungry and motivated and a match like this was very helpful to keep him inspired, the BBC reported.
The 17-time grand slam winner missed the opportunity to win his record eighth Wimbledon title after the world number one overcame him 7-6 (7-1), 6-7 (10-12), 6-4, 6-3 in a pulsating finale that lasted two hours and 56 minutes.
Federer has not won a major since 2012, when he beat Briton Andy Murray at the All England Club.
