At least 50 people were injured when the bus carrying them overturned at Raya Bichpuri road in Mathura.
The mishap took place on Monday after the front wheel of the bus was punctured.
According to reports, the passengers of the ill-fated bus were coming from Khurja in Bulandshahr district to attend Prime Minister Narendra Modi's rally in Mathura.
The injured have been admitted to the district hospital while those in serious condition have been moved to S N Medical College in Agra.
